Solace amidst natural splendor
The beauty of one of Western Canada’s largest cemeteries is apparent throughout the Park. It is an urban refuge separated from the surrounding neighbourhood by a sheltering native forest. The well-manicured, rolling slopes are dotted with towering trees, and special gardens. Numerous areas of remembrance can be found in serene spots the wonderful natural geography has provided.
The Park offers a reverent and comforting place for ceremonies and services, as well as a tranquil and contemplative setting for family members and friends to visit year after year. It’s open to the public for visiting every day of the year, so that all can enjoy the changes each season brings—new buds forming, flowers blooming, leaves falling—making the Park truly a beautiful place to remember and reflect on the transitions of life.
